Formal hotel, the staff was qualified, friendly service. Breathtaking view, a nice balcony, good bed, too. Ideal location steps away from a Canal street. There was a fabulous restaurant with simple meals. Quiet garden and excellent pool. Overall a really enjoyable stay, good value.

We liked our decent stay there a lot. The bed was fine and it was great having coffee, complementary tea and hairdryer. Everything was great as expected, even so the bathroom was uncomfortable.
The views were not so great.

I loved this perfect stay, would happily return. Breakfast food including cereals, breads, scrambled eggs, pastries and cheese was exceptional. Large room, big bed and marble bathroom. Friendly check in and late check out. An idyllic beach, captivating view:)))

The property was budget and we had a terrific stay. Short way from the good beach. Meats, cereal, fresh bread, scrambled eggs and cheese were fresh and overall there was lots of food.

our favorite hotel in new orleans, staff was great. we really enjoyed the facilities and rooms. besides, it has free wi fi throughout the property. on-site restaurant cafe bienville was a bonus, had dinner there.

Everything was INCREDIBLE, such as location and staff. Only 15 min walk to downtown. Loved on-site restaurant Cafe Bienville. Hotel's valet was top!
